An online and in-person course with Dr. B. Raven Lee
Meditation, which means 'training of the mind,' has been practiced in ancient traditions for millennia. Science is now discovering and affirming the benefits of meditation, not only for reducing stress, but a in promoting a sense of calm, wellbeing, and joy.
Spanning 8 weeks, these 10 classes will be conducted via zoom link using computer or your phone and also in person . The classes will be using Dr. Lee’s book, Unbinding the Soul: Awakening Through Crisis and Compassion, as a guide to awaken your authentic self, through compassion and wisdom.
You will be guided to discover and experience the transformative power of your innate radiance, and the gifts of compassion. Each week you will learn how stress patterns are formed that block our sense of well-being. Through practice and journaling, you will learn to transform stress patterns, obstacles and blockages, and experience life with more joy and flow. Audio recordings will be provided for all classes, and in person participation is not required.
Cost: $350 total for 10 classes. Pre-recorded teachings are emailed a week before each of the four 90-minutes classes.
